1. The bidding is conducted by UNFPA Beijing Office for “Annual Programme To Imporve The Quality of Life of The People Through Better RH Between DPRK and UNFPA” (DRK3R203). The supplies will be distributed to 3 Provinces, 9 Counties and 23 Ri-Hospitals / Clinics in DPRK.2. ITB Number: 05BJDRKME (for medical equipment) and 05BJDRKDM (for pharmaceuticals)

3. The invitees list is attached.
4. The manufacturer can bid by itself. The manufacturer can also bid through agent(s).
5. If the agent is authorized by the manufacturer to participate in the bidding, the business license of the agent must cover the type of products it is going to represent; and the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer to the agent should be enclosed together with all other requested documents from both the manufacturer(s) and the agent.
6. The manufacturer of the product offered must hold a valid ISO and/or GMP certificate; the product offered must hold the product registration certificate issued by the China National or Provincial level Drugs Administration; or it will be deemed as unqualified.
7. The manufacturer or the agent must quote for ALL items listed under each Invitation to Bid (ITB); If the quotation doesn’t cover all items, the one who quotes more items will be considered with priority.
8. The suppliers must be able to export the products to Pyongyang; the Custom process and cost are on the supplier.
